aXpire

What is aXpire?

aXpire is the first blockchain based spend management software platform. It is essentially a spinoff from LSG, who has worked with many fortune 500 companies like Coca-Cola, Nike, The NFL, and even United Airlines. Their company is "an ERP SaaS company offering a suite of products to increase efficiency of service spend and general profit margins".

The Team

aXpire has a fantastic team behind their product; I will key in on two of their team members (Gary Markham & Andre Wouansi), as well as one of their advisors (Roger Ver).

Gary Markham

Mr. Markham is currently the standing CEO of aXpire, and for the last dozen years has worked at LSG as a Strategy Advisor. Prior to working at LSG, he was the managing director at CSC, so he obviously has solid experience overseeing different aspects of a company. Mr. Markham will be able to put aXpire set on the path for success! In the last two years he was also placed as an Advisor for Blockchain Warehouse, which shows his knowledge and passion for blockchain- definitely a good indicator to lead a cryptocurrency organization.

Andre Wouansi

Mr. Wouansi is the CFO over at aXpire, and has worked as the CFO at LSG since 2004! Andre Wouansi has a ton of experience working as an international tax accountant and has worked at tax advisory roles in the past. His knowledge of this industry, and understanding of how a business can save money will not only allow aXpire to succeed, but also the businesses that they work with.

Roger Ver

Lets be honest. If you have been around crypto and Bitcoin, almost everyone has heard of the name, Roger Ver. He is one of the earliest investors in Bitcoin, and participates in a few blockchain related startups. Having him as an advisor is a HUGE deal! His knowledge in blockchain and the connections he can/will bring to aXpire will give this organization a big advantage in the long run!

The Platform

There are two main software programs that are implemented onto aXpire's platform; they are Resolvr and MatchBX

Resolvr: “Connecting Digital Islands” within your organization

Resolvr is aXpire's B2B (Business-to-business or BtoB) spend management software, which is already being implemented into various accounting teams such as Coupa, QuickBooks, and HazelTree! This software breaks down each of the individual segments, shown above, into a dashboard that will show digital expenses, allocation of funds, and helps show you where the different funds should actually be broken down into! The auditable compliance of the Resolvr software will really allow businesses to save time and money. In addition, it will drastically cut down on human error when this type of data is imputted manually. Resolvr's technology also implements machine learning technology, so the more that people use Resolvr, the better that businesses will be able to benefit from it in the long-run!

MatchBX: “Procuring Services” with the blockchain

Pronounced "Matchbox", MatchBX is a newer software that has been introduced into the services for different businesses associated with aXpire. MatchBX will allow various users to participate in P2P transactions, whether it,s as a freelancer, or as a task creator on their platform. These people could be creating different designs for organizations . On their backend, aXpire has set up a "Spend Analysis" model, which will allow different "Preferred Partners" to want to be used on their site. Right now, one of the other organizations who associated with aXpire on their "Preferred Partners Network" is Devery. This allows users to have easy access to trusted products- they can even receive different discounts through these partners!

Every transaction whether done on MatchBX or Resolvr will have a small fee through their ERC-20 token, AXP. This transaction fee in AXP will be burned, making the total supply of AXP decrease.

The Roadmap

Looking forward, one of the stepping stones that I am most excited about is set to complete in the first quarter of 2019. aXpire is planning to really expand their MatchBX services for their various Preferred Provider Network. Having a simple, yet easy to use platform with only trusted organizations on it, will definitely make aXpire a one-stop-shop for the user on their platform. Right now, only the backend for MatchBX is live, while the front-end is still being implemented. I am really excited to see the MatchBX software go live!

The Token

Their AXP token, built off of the Ethereum blockchain, has a total supply of 350,000,000 minted tokens. Right now, their current circulating supply is 265,000,000 AXP. The use of their token in their ecosystem will be through invoices by completing jobs, and all the payments will be executed through AXP. When submitting a payment, all smart contracts will be paid through a gas fee in their token, and upon completion of the smart contract, the token used in the fee will be burned- creating more value for each utility token!
