Inside Bixtrim — Alexandre talks about his work as a back-end developer

- How did you start working here? Why did you choose an ICO/startup to work with?

First of all, I chose to work with a startup because I have a vast experience of working at a large company. As it usually happens, it didn’t give me the chance to grow professionally the way I wanted to. Although they gave me years of working corporate culture, I wanted to learn more and have more involvement with my job. There are more tasks here at Bixtrim and it helps me develop.

- What exactly do you do?

I am Python Back End Developer, meaning that I make apps later to be used for various business topics by the web.

- How different were your expectations and reality of the job?

My first biggest expectation was development and I undoubtedly received it. Roman Akopov is a strong specialist and I learn something new by the day. Another expectation of mine was having a lot of work, I always have tasks to complete and never have free time during the day. The work environment is exceptional, which may not be noticeable at first, but plays a huge role in every employee’s professional lives. Being a developer is crucially tied to the condition of the workplace environment. I am glad Bixtrim gives me the ability to fully express myself at the workplace.

- Are you acquainted with cryptocurrencies yourself? Have you become more aware after you started working here?

One of the biggest advantages of this company and my decision-making is that I learned more about one of the most interesting issues that is cryptocurrency and the crypto world. I knew that there were a number of virtual currencies, but I did not know much of its mechanics. CO-workers helped me to get acquainted with it. Many benefits have been given to me, I have learned how to start mining, I bought ethereum and things only go up from here.

- What makes Bixtrim a great workplace?

Talking from a developer’s point of view, it is important to have an experienced head of department who understands your tasks fully. There have been a number of times when my manager couldn’t fully comprehend the task given to me. We have to receive a very specific description of the job given to us in order to execute it perfectly.
That is one of the reasons that makes Bixtrim a great workplace, Roman is a great manager and I am glad to have had the chance to work with him. I am more confident about what I do and wholeheartedly believe we will achieve our goal.

- What are your expectations for the ICO and do you think they will be met?

It's hard to answer this question because this is my first ICO experience, I very much hope that we will be able to achieve the goals we have set and continue our work to until end. I am positive about everything, because everyone is working selflessly including the marketing team, support and every single one of us.
I believe the Crypto Pawn Show idea is very innovative. I know a lot of people that mine Ethereum and don’t want to sell their belongings, but need the cash. Our idea will solve this issue in the crypto world and help a large number of people, for which I am very excited.
Right now we are working on testing the ICO paltform, meaning we are doing everything needed to have it ready by the start of token sales on the 15th of September.
