SmartCash Support Is Really Good! Here's How to Get Help
SmartCash has customer and merchant support as one of their core areas of focus. With any new technology, good support means faster adoption. SmartCash takes this seriously with block rewards set aside for the Support Hive, a decentralized team dedicated to providing ongoing support to the community.
General FAQ and Guides
SmartCash has produced a series of helpful knowledge guides and FAQ for SmartCash Support. It is hosted on FreshDesk. This is a good way to improve your knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and SmartCash.
There is a 10 Minute Guide to Setting up SmartNodes on Vultr. More guides about nodes are available at SmartNodes.cc.
Support on Discord
Pretty much 24/7 support in the SmartCash Discord Server with very active mods (gold/yellow text on names) and a community of helpers called the "SmartSquad" (blue text on names).
There are also very helpful support bots that provide realtime chat support and are able to look up addresses for you.

Support on Telegram / Twitter / Forum
Telegram is also a place you can get help from fellow SmartCash users. The Telegram Channel is called "SmartCash Chat". There are also channels for "SmartCash Brasil" and "SmartCash Español" If you have an in-depth concern there are more people on the Discord channel who can help.
There is a SmartNodeMonitorBot as well for SmartNode support.
There is an official "SmartCashAssist" twitter account available as well.

Future support, a 24/7 call center!
SmartCash also has on the roadmap a 24/7 support center for calls. This is intended to help with the rolling out of the SmartCard and merchant network. Realtime support is a great way to help merchants accept cryptocurrency in their locations.
