I don't think that is possible. :-p
But, anyway, the need for the services of these things still exist. They will just be handled in a better manner.
Town hall meetings are shtupid today, because there are too many people who would all like to talk. But, put it on a message board, and everyone can hash it out.
The problem in the future will be... building a structure, where you ... everybody knows where to go talk about the things the community is doing.
