One beverage that everybody wouldn’t want miss during a normal day is the coffee drink. To me, skipping your coffee drink means skipping your breakfast because there is no other better breakfast than a hot coffee drink with or without your slides of bread. This has made the coffee business one of the profitable businesses in the world today.
Coffees come in brands and customers have their own preferences based on the popularity, taste or price. Some would even go for a particular brand because of the way it is packaged or some promotional offers they give to their customers. Friends play a key role in influencing our decision in choosing a particular brand. Sometimes you enter this coffee shop with a friend and you are influenced to order same brand, just to be on the same page with him or her. Some customers even prefer coffees from a particular country than others.
Challenges Facing the Coffee Industry
The coffee industry faces so many challenges from the production stage, through to the processing stage up to consumer level. As we all know, the Latin America produces the bulk of the coffee beans we have in the world but unfortunately, diseases like coffee leaf rust will not permit these coffee plants to grow healthy. Diseases like this, together with other notorious pests and adverse climate conditions are threats to the quality of these coffee beans. Poor infrastructure and low automation of production processes also slow down production.
Consumers are also burdened with high cost as a result of so many middlemen that these coffee have to pass through their hands during exportation, before they finally get to the consumers. Some companies even provide false information about their product in order to lure their customers into buying their product when they realize they are not able to meet up with their inconsistent preferences.
What is Love Air Coffee?
One would ask, what is love air coffee? Love air coffee is a revolutionary project that makes use of innovative technologies to roast coffee beans in a stream of hot air without any material contact. This method provides a uniform and high quality roasting of coffee beans which helps to minimize the damages on the grains as a result of direct contact with hot metals thereby retaining most of the nutritional elements. The seeds do not get into contact with smoke so its sweet natural aroma is also retained.

Through the use of mobile application and blockchain technology, Love Air Coffee is going to create a new generation of coffee production based on the air roasting technology. We want to fully change the coffee industry through the use of modern technology which will go a long way to improve the quality of coffee beans and minimize their weight loss during processing. The coffee beans will be able to maintain their inherent nutritional properties and its taste will be improved significantly.
The use of these modern technology will also speed up production processes and increase production levels to cause an increase in the companies’ income. The application of the blockchain technology will ensure transparency and also eliminate middlemen from the delivery process thereby making the coffee cheaper for consumers.

Coffee is a beverage loved by almost everyone but I doubt we all would continue to enjoy taking it if its taste, quality and nutritional value keeps fading away. I'm a coffee lover and any project that supports coffee, count me in.
Almost everybody loves coffee because of how it revitalizes the body and also keep it alert for work. It's such a worry that they greed of men has led to the production and manufacturing of coffee through dubious means hence reducing all the nutritional quality of coffee.
