A new Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Decenturion State was appointed
The High Commissioner of the EECO (Eurasian Economic Cooperation Organization) for International Relations — Deputy Secretary General of the EECO Mr. Anicet Gabriel Kotchofa was appointed as a new Minister of Foreign Affairs. The appointment was announced at the Second Congress of Decenturion citizens in Moscow.
September 15th, 2018 — The Decenturion State, using decentralized technologies in the economy, lawmaking and social sphere, announced the appointment of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The Council of Ministers of Decenturion approved the position of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Anicet Gabriel Kotchofa, who previously served as an Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Decenturion on the affairs of the African continent.
Mr. Anicet Gabriel Kotchofa is a well-known public figure in Russia and around the world, the High Commissioner of the EECO for International Relations, the Deputy Secretary General of the EECO, formerly the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Benin in the Russian Federation and CIS countries, and the creator of the Association of Foreign Students in Russia. Mr. Kotchofa is an Associate Professor at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, honorary professor at several Russian and foreign universities, Deputy Chairman of the African Business Initiative for interaction with government bodies, administration and diplomatic structures, General Secretary of the International University Sports Federation. He was awarded the Medal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation “For Interaction”.
Mr. Kotchofa was one of the speakers at the Second Congress of Decenturion Citizens in Moscow. Anticipating his speech, Mr. Kotchofa said:
“It is very honorable to me to be for the first time a participant of the unique, first in the world blockchain-state Decenturion in the era of global digitalization of the economy. I am happy to be a member of this great family and I look forward to meeting the participants of the congress, where I will tell why I made this choice — to become a citizen of the Decenturion State, whom I’m ready to serve!”
Among the priorities of the Minister of Foreign Affairs is the expansion of international cooperation and the international recognition of Decenturion as a sovereign state.
Information about the state of Decenturion
Decenturion is the first state in the world that uses decentralized technologies in the economy, lawmaking and social sphere, and helps to introduce them to other states.
The state was founded on June 4, 2018. The official date of foundation is timed to the first speech of state representatives at a special UN event in New York, USA.
The number of citizens as of September 2018 amounts to 250,000 people. It is expected that their number will grow to 1 million by 2019. Decenturion takes the first place in the world for the density of dollar millionaires per capita by the level of education and the level of IT literacy.
Now, Decenturion is in the process of acquiring a territory that will allow it to obtain the status of an independent state and, in accordance with the regulations, join the UN.
