The Second Russian Congress of Decenturion Citizens was rescheduled for September 13th due to unexpected circumstances taking place on the side of the venue, which we, unfortunately, cannot influence in any way.

We are presenting you our apologies and hope that regardless of the force majeure, you will make it to the Second Russian Congress of the Decenturion citizens.

The Congress will take place in Moscow, on September 13th, from 11:00 to 17:00.
