Blockchain State Decenturion Distributed the First 100,000 State Tokens

Tokens were transferred to the citizens who became pioneers of the world’s first blockchain state and received Decenturion citizenship for free by registering in the system before August 1, 2018.

August 3, 2018 — Decenturion, the world's first decentralized state built on blockchain technology, announced the completion of emission of 100,000 DCNT tokens. Tokens were transferred to the wallets of 193,965 citizens who became pioneers of the state and received citizenship for free by registering in the dececnturion.com system before August 1, 2018.

Distribution of the first 100,000 DCNT took place among the citizens with a positive balance on ETH wallets, the amount of tokens received varied from 0.57 to 5.7 DCNT depending on the amount of ETH in the citizen's wallet.

Starting August 2, 2018 (23:00 Moscow time) a new system of citizens registration will occur: to become a citizen of Decenturion one will have to purchase or receive from a holder a DCNT token.
Decenturion state reserve established a quota of 10,000,000 DCNT to attract new citizens in the medium term. In future, 100,000 DCNT distributions will be initiated regularly but the participation model for new citizens will be different.

Currently there are two types of DCNT tokens in the state — internal and external.
Internal DCNT token is used only within the blockchain state. It cannot be sold or transferred to the market outside Decenturion. Internal tokens of DCNT include tokens obtained during the first emission of 100,000 DCNT on August 1st, 2018 as well as tokens earned for contributing to the prosperity of the state. Internal tokens can be used to obtain tokens from startups, to vote, to introduce laws and for invitation of the new citizens. In the future, transfer between citizens' wallets and token sale within the ecosystem to other citizens will be available.

External DCNT tokens are tokens purchased on the exchange or through the accredited trading partners. External DCNT tokens can be used to vote, to introduce laws, for invitation of the new citizens, as well as for transfer inside and outside the system and the external market.
