Ministry of Information of Decenturion held a "round table" for media
The Decenturion State has developed a policy of interaction with the media and presented it to journalists and bloggers at the "round table" in Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow. This was the first face-to-face meeting of Decenturion Ministry of Information with journalists - before, the interaction took place in the format of video conferences.
September 15th, 2018 - According to the inspirer and ideological leader of the state, the Minister of Information of Decenturion, Nikolay Evdokimov, “The informational support of state activities plays a key role in shaping the image of Decenturion in the international arena. At the same time, both the coverage of the audience and the information background that is being formed in the process are important for the Ministry of Information. Therefore, the work of the Ministry, first of all, is aimed at expanding the target audience and on its high-quality informing about the events in Decenturion, peculiarities of its economy, new opportunities that citizens get, including those to which citizens have access when working in the domestic market of the State.
According to the Minister of Information of Decenturion in Russia and China, Rustam Zaripov, since the announcement of the creation of Decenturion, which was made at the UN headquarters in New York on June 4th, 2018, the state accredited 224 media with a total audience of more than 30 million people. Among the major information partners of Decenturion: Bit Journal, Zdislav Group, Russian Planet, Coinfox, NEWS1, Freedman Club, ICO-Digest, Telugu Self Employment Ideas, Altstake and others. The procedure for accreditation and obtaining the state support for the media is enshrined in the "Policy of engagement", the main document on the relationship between the State and the media.
During the "round table", journalists and bloggers made many proposals to improve cooperation between the media and Decenturion, and also noted the effectiveness of the Ministry of Information. According to the CVO of the information resource Future Times, Ivan Kuznetsov, the information openness of Decenturion and the format of daily informing about activities of the state correspond to the needs of electronic media, while the possibility of the face-to-face participation in state events and the access to the first persons allow them to quickly get up-to-date reliable information. The Youtube blogger Alex Bendecido, who lives and works in Spain, noted that the scale and new opportunities that the huge audience of Decenturion opens to the media, "really made my spine crawl".
Decenturion Ministry of Information has adopted the proposals of the media, including the issue of the official journal of the State, the expansion of the list of training materials in the domestic market, the announcement of the emergence of new resident startups, the development of widgets for key ministries for adding to the web resources and others.
At the end of the meeting, Nikolay Evdokimov promised that such events for the media will be held monthly in any format convenient for them - face-to-face meetings or videoconferences.
September 15th, 2018 - the Decenturion State, using decentralized technologies in the economy, lawmaking and social sphere, hosted the Second Russian Congress of Decenturion citizens in Crocus City Hall in Moscow on September 13th. More than 3,000 followers of the blockchain industry that wanted to join the decentralized independent community of Decenturion or already the Decenturion citizens, took part in the work of the Congress. For the first time the congress and its live broadcast were held in three languages: English, Russian and Chinese.
The subject of the Congress was the economy and the industry of the Decenturion State, therefore the format of the event included a business program, an exhibition of blockchain-startups, and a presentation of the strongest graduates of the Decenturion accelerator on the main stage.
According to the inspirer and ideological leader of the Deenturion State, Minister of Information, Nikolay Evdokimov, the congress was held at a very high organizational level and had a positive emotional background. The presence of Ken Rutkowski, a major entrepreneur and creator of the most popular radio talk-show and podcasts about business and crypto-currencies in USA played a significant role in the positive spirit of congress delegates. Thanks to Ken, one of the new traditions of the congress was born: the creation of large selfies with a huge number of participants.
At the Congress, the new Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Decenturion, Mr. Aniсet Gabriel Kotchofa, was presented. Extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors to the Russian Federation of the Republics of Ghana, Nigeria, Guinea Bissau, the delegations of Ethiopia, Yemen and Cameroon, who participated in the work of the congress, joined the event as well.
On the main stage of the Congress the presentation of lapel badges - author's handmade diamond brooches were presented to the Senators of Decenturion.
The participants of the Congress were addressed speeches by:
● Bobby Lee, the founder of the oldest bitcoin exchange BTCC and board member of the Bitcoin Foundation;
● Helen Disney, founder of the platform "Unblocked", a European expert in the field of blockchain application;
● Ms. Deng Feiji, co-founder of the Trump Capital Foundation and the Chairman of the China Blockchain Alliance.
The work of the Congress was covered by more than 80 journalists of Russian and foreign media, who were given dozens of interviews by the congress guests of honor and the ministers of Decenturion.
At 17:30 Moscow time, the historic results of the world's first blockchain state vote were summed up, in which the Decenturion citizens took part. For the general discussion, the projects of the first building of the island were presented - the future architectural appearance of the capital of the state largely depends on this choice. Citizens chose architectural project №1, which scored 43% of the voting.

Decenturion is the first state in the world that uses decentralized technologies in the economy, lawmaking and social sphere, and helps to introduce them to other states.
The state was founded on June 4, 2018. The official date of foundation is timed to the first speech of state representatives at a special UN event in New York, USA.
The number of citizens as of September 2018 amounts to 250,000 people. It is expected that their number will grow to 1 million by 2019. Decenturion takes the first place in the world for the density of dollar millionaires per capita by the level of education and the level of IT literacy.
Now, Decenturion is in the process of acquiring a territory that will allow it to obtain the status of an independent state and, in accordance with the regulations, join the UN.
