The Ambassador of Ghana to the Russian Federation, Ms. Oheneba: “The Decenturion State deserves respect”
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ghana to the Russian Federation and CIS countries Her Excellency Ms. Oheneba Dr. Lesley Akyaa Opoku Ware expressed her gratitude to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Decenturion, Mr. Aniсet Gabriel Kotchofa, for the invitation to the Second Russian Congress of Decenturion citizens in Moscow.
September 25th, 2018 - The Ambassador of Ghana Ms. Oheneba Dr. Lesley Akyaa Opoku Ware, took part in the Second Russian Congress of Decenturion citizens as part of a group of African ambassadors who also became citizens of Decenturion.
Ms. Oheneba Dr. Lesley Akyaa Opoku Ware said:
"My ideas about the blockchain changed after the congress in Moscow. Decenturion is the first state in the world where everyone has equal opportunities and equal rights. And it deserves respect as a new experiment in the history of civilization. I am grateful for the invitation to participate in the Second Congress of Decenturion citizens from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Decenturion Mr. Kotchofa and I am proud of his role in the formation of the new state. Africa is ready to use blockchain as a technology that can change the current state of affairs in the world."
The Second Russian Congress of Decenturion citizens in Moscow was held on September 13th in the Crocus City Hall. More than 3000 followers of the blockchain industry, who wanted to join the decentralized independent community of Decenturion or those already being Decenturion citizens, attended the Congress. For the first time the congress, its live broadcasting was held in three languages: English, Russian and Chinese. At the Congress the results of the first democratic voting of citizens in the history of the Decenturion State were presented. Citizens selected the architectural appearance of the building development for the first island.
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of Ghana, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, San Marino, as well as delegations and heads of influential business communities from China, India, Mongolia and other countries attended the congress.
Information about the Decenturion State
Decenturion is the world’s first state using decentralized technologies in the economy, lawmaking and social sphere, and helping to introduce them to other states.
The state was founded on June 4, 2018. The official date of foundation is timed to the first speech of Decenturion representatives at a special UN event in New York, USA.
The number of citizens for August 2018 amounted to 250,000 people. It is expected that their number will grow to 1 million by 2019. Decenturion takes the first place in the world for the density of dollar millionaires per capita, the level of education and the level of IT literacy.
At the moment, Decenturion is in the process of acquiring a territory that will allow it to obtain the status of an independent state and in accordance with the regulations, to join the UN.
