The High Commissioner of the EECO for International Relations — Deputy Secretary General of the EECO, Advisor on Africa to Decenturion’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, will become the speaker of the Second Congress of Decenturion citizens in Moscow on September 13th, 2018.
August 22, 2018 — Decenturion, the first state in the world with direct democracy and blockchain economy, announced the participation of Mr. Anicet Gabriel Kotchofa at the Second Congress of Decenturion citizens, which will take place on September 13th. The event will be held at Moscow’s Crocus City Hall and will host over 3,000 followers of blockchain technology, citizens, as well as participants, aspired to obtain citizenship in the decentralized autonomous state of Decenturion.
Anicet Gabriel Kotchofa, Advisor on Africa to Decenturion’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, the High Commissioner of the EECO for International Relations — Deputy Secretary General of the EECO will take part in the Second Congress of Decenturion citizens. Mr. Kotchofa will be the honorary guest of the Congress.

Anicet Gabriel Kotchofa is a well-known public figure in Russia and worldwide. In addition to being a former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Benin to the Russian Federation, he was also Professor of Penza State University, and an Associate Professor of Lomonosov Moscow State University, President of the Russian Union of Africans, Deputy Chairman of the African Business Initiative for Interaction with Government bodies, administration and diplomatic structures, General Secretary of the International Federation of Interuniversity Sports. He was also awarded the Medal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation “For Interaction”.
The participants and speakers of the Second Congress will discuss the principles of the functioning of the economy of the independent blockchain state, Decenturion. The Ministry of Industry will hold a detailed exhibition of companies working on blockchain technology.
Citizens of Decenturion will be able to issue passports at special stations and participate in the free distribution of startup tokens.
The main event of the Congress will be the first democratic voting of citizens in the history of Decenturion.
