The New Minister of Foreign Affairs of Decenturion Will be Announced at the Second Congress of Citizens in Moscow
Victoriia Pirumova, the former minister of Foreign Affairs of Decenturion has ended her career in the civil service. The new minister will obtain the mandate on September 13th, 2018.
September 5th, 2018 — the Decenturion State using its decentralized technologies in the economics, legislation and social sphere has begun its consideration of candidates for the position of the minister of Foreign Affairs. The new minister of Foreign Affairs will be approved by the Board of Ministers of Decenturion and will be introduced at the Second Congress of citizens on September 13th, 2018 in Moscow.
Victoriia Pirumova, who headed Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Decenturion since the establishment of the state has announced her resignation. The Board of Ministers expressed its great gratitude to the former minister regarding the tremendous work of the Ministry in establishing the first international relations of the state, accomplished under her leadership.
In her video message to the citizens of Decenturion, Victoriia Pirumova thanked the Foreign Affairs Ministry's staff for their high professionalism and expressed the hope that her successor would lead the international cooperation of the world's first blockchain-state to the new level.

Decenturion is the world’s first state using decentralized technologies in the economy, lawmaking and social sphere, and helping to introduce them to other states.
The state was founded on June 4, 2018. The official date of its foundation is timed to the first speech of state representatives at the special UN event in New York, USA.
The number of citizens for August 2018 amounted to 250,000 people. It is expected that their number will grow to 1 million by 2019. Decenturion takes the first place in the world for the density of dollar millionaires per capita, the level of education and the level of IT literacy.
