A company that is well known in the crypto scene, and one of the top 1000 visited websites in the world.

The importance of coinbase cannot be over emphasized.

For while the rest of the world have various portals to get into cryptocurrency, the USA has one major portal to buy a d sell cryptocurrency. That portal is coinbase.

It holds a special place in the crypto world and its some sort of crypto world power if we can call it that.

As an exchange, its very picky when it comes to coins that it lists, listing only 4 coins so far, BTC, ETH,BCH and LTC.

The reason many use coinbase is due to its simplstic nature and its connection woth the US market.

Accurately predicting a coin that gets listed on coinbase could turn you into a millionaire overnight .

Looking at the 9 yesrs run of cryptocurrency from 2009 to 2018, its amazing tk see companies like coinbase, 6 years in, coinmarketcap, blockchain.info and others which have had years in the business.

It also brings a sliver of hope and smile to my face, knowing that this tech is most likely here to stay.

I once read a quote, one of which I have now come to believe in and one of the major reasons that I still believe in crypto.

All tech advancement we have made as a race is as a response to one problem or another that we have faced.

We invented housing to protect us, created tools to help us hunt better, created fertilizers to boost crop yield, created AI and robots to simplify complex tasks, and now blockchain tech, to prevent and stop corrupt practices and other vices.

In every instance, technology has had to struggle with adoption.

Computers were for long considered for only the rich or nerdy and were overlooked.

Emails were unwanted and redicled, we were warned about the internet .

But in all instances , today, we adopt them.

Blockchain tech may be having a rough patch, but with many announcements about adopting it, from major players in the world now, its only a matter of time before worldwide adoption takes place.
