The National Bank of Saudi Arabia has just joined RippleNet. According to Ripple:

The European Central Bank does not plan € coins

The European Central Bank (ECB) has no plans to issue its own cryptocurrency, President Mario Draghi said at a meeting on Wednesday, 12 September. France will adopt the legal framework for ICO

French legislators have passed the law laying down guidelines for ICO, Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire announced. The new law in France sets out guidelines for ICO.

The legislation authorizes the French Authorities des Marchés Financiers (AMF) to approve and grant authorizations to companies that intend to apply ICO in France, but only if they provide specific guarantees to investors. It is expected that issuers will provide full AMF information, allowing buyers to make relevant ICO decisions. The French regulatory authority has previously expressed concern about the lack of clear regulation of token sales as a "ICO's own risk factor", which increases the possibility of loss, money laundering and terrorist financing.
