Native: Home for Community Projects

in #blockchain6 years ago (edited)

Introduction:

Working together can result in great ideas with enormous potential for success. Many of the great technological platforms that work today have been able to keep up with the times thanks to the different contributions made by each of the member communities, whether they are part of the team in charge of making the platform work, or being part of the set of users. Each community of members plays a crucial role in the functioning of the technological platforms, and if one of the groups is missing, the existence of the platform would be meaningless.

Native's Overview:

Native is an Ethereum platform that claims the importance that communities have in the creation of ideas, projects, and solutions. Native provides a platform that facilitates the creation of communities, unique tokens and the management of their resources through the collective decision-making tool. These features encourage the creation of hermetic, hardworking, and broadly owned communities by identifying each project with unique coins, as well as providing training to communities to maximize their performance and provide high value inputs and solutions for humanity.

Native has been successfully launched and is now in its Alpha version, yet it is fully functional and allows for the formation of communities, the purchase of tokens, and the possibility of joining existing communities. Since Native is based on the Ethereum blockchain, it is necessary to have some of this cryptocurrencie tokens and have the Metamask wallet installed so that you can be part of the existing communities. There is a quick start guide that will be very helpful for Native initiation, you can find it here.

Native's purpose:

The Native platform is oriented to promote the formation and functioning of efficient communities, for this they have established different mechanisms that represent a tool for community management, and for the development of efficient projects. The main mechanism is the Native token (NTV) and the different tokens assigned to each community, these tokens serve to finance communities, be part of an existing one, or create new communities, the rest of the mechanisms are oriented to the management of the community as such, these are the votes, the possibility of managing projects.

Whether we create a new community in Native, or join an existing one, there will be two roles with functions of great importance to the functioning of the community.

Native's Characteristics:

Members:

Members are all those users who join a community by purchasing their tokens. Membership gives you different privileges within the community. As a member, you can participate in the community and help define the course of action of the project, as well as decisions about capital disbursements made by administrators. On the other hand, members can remove any curator from the community who represents an obstacle to the success of the project.

The members are the users and investors interested in being part of the communities; they are the ones who have the power to decide by means of their vote, the options and the projects that will be developed in the community, besides participating in surveys and forms that contribute ideas and offer alternatives to solve the problems that can cross the community.

Members can take part in as many projects as they wish, and obtain the various memberships. Additionally, members can receive tasks from the community and obtain tokens for their completion, thus motivating participation within the community and the contribution of content and ideas that favor their growth.

Curators:

The curators are the administrators or creators of the community. These are the owners of the community, but they need the members to function, since without them there are no resources and without resources there will be no progress. The curators have the most important role of the community, to select the projects that arise within the community for the approval of the members.

The curators are the people who have the greatest knowledge of the community's vision, therefore, they function as a filter that ensures the output of the most beneficial content for voting by the members who will determine their final approval or rejection.

Current Communities:

  • Earth Guardians: is a non-profit organization that aims to achieve environmental justice and provide innovative solutions to the world.
