Sorry to hear about the closing of SP program. Couldn't they just got rid of underperforming or misbehaving SPs and replaced them with better ones?
Hope that ONO will become decentralized sooner rather than later. Communication can make or break any initiative. I have a feeling they shouldn't have started in a Chinese market first but gone globally right away. But maybe local regulations and censorship requires it so I don't know.

I think they decided that overall it might not be the most efficient way to do things, but IMO we were just never given the proper tools to even find out! Also the cultural/language and time differences between east and west definitely added another element of difficulty. You may be right about the second part but I am not sure why they didn't release here sooner. Many people were frustrated being beta testers so perhaps it was best that they waited?
Also never trust a poker player...
