Law Commission of India is an advisory body to the Ministry of Law & Justice by the Government of India. The commission works upon a specific topic for research and conclusion. These research and conclusion submit to the Government of India. Justice B.S Chauhan is the chairman of 21st Law commission of India and its 276th Report is "Legal Framework: Gambling and Sport Betting including Cricket in India".
In these Report include crypto currencies Role and how to dealt with. Justice Mukul Mudgal is appointed by The Supreme Court of India for enquire into the allegations of match fixing and betting.
