Twitch now lets you send tips with cryptos

Essentially, Twitch streamers can link a Streamlabs account to your Coinbase account, which allows you to access crypto transactions without additional charges. The news of the integration was announced on June 4 through Tom Maneri.

To access this innovative way of tipping, Twitch users must have access to a Coinbase account and go to the exchange page and select the option "Donation Setting Page", which translates to "configuration page for donations. "

From there, the account holder must log in and link their Coinbase account to the Streamlabs platform. Subsequently, the user now has a help page for the viewers and also has the alerts when he receives a tip. In addition, there are no fees involved in the process, less the fee associated with the specific cryptocurrency chosen for the transaction.

"Streamlabs does not charge a commission, but some transaction fees depending on the currency used," explains Maneri.

Cryptocurrency advocates are quite satisfied with the integration of tips, since Twitch is a popular gaming site that has millions of unique users and one of the 50 most visited websites in the world.
