France Court Clerks Will Use IBM Blockchain For Companies' Registry From This Year.
France's court is involving blockchain technology developed by IBM, the Big Blue and the National Council of Secretaries (NCC) for their clerks to record legal status changes of companies. The platform will begin to be used this year. Using IBM's Hyperledger Fabric technology , this platform will increase transparency and efficiency of legal transactions of all French companies.
Blockchain platform will records like company name, its address, the establishment of new branches, etc and share the changes of companies, those are registered within the national territory. This job will be performe several days to a single day.
IBM has already registered a lot patents based on blockchain-technology .
