Switzerland ranks first in the list of the top ten countries supporting the Blockchain technology in Europe

Switzerland ranked first among Europe's top 10 countries to start the founding of Blockchain, according to a study by BlockShow Europe 2018.

In the list of the best countries for the construction of Blockchain, Both Gibraltar and Malta are second and third respectively. The study consisted of 48 European countries examined for Order Rated through the initial digital currency (ICO) regulations and the regulations on digital currencies as a payment service.

Switzerland is known as a digital-currency-friendly country because of its establishment of the crypto valley” virtual currency center in Zug and its status as a tax-free haven for digital investors. Gibraltar has reportedly attracted 200 digital currency introductions prior to the planned launch of the Gibraltar Stock Exchange (GBX), and Malta has welcomed Blockchain Island on the main digital exchanges of Binance and OKEx recently.

BlockShow also released a poll this week on blockchain-based app Polys Which allows users to vote on leading women and companies in the European Union's Blockchain field.

In early February, the European Commission announced the launch of the European Union's Forum and Observatory as part of its goal of uniting the economy around Blockchain. However more recently,The EU's newly adopted privacy laws - which came into force on May 25 - were in contradiction to the decentralized nature of Blockchain technology.
