The OS.University Token Sale is now over
The OS.University team would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who has participated in the token sale and supported our project. Please stay connected with us on our social media channels (Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to follow the project’s implementation.
The OS.University token sale started on June 4, 2018 / 12:00 (UTC) and ended on July 2, 2018 / 12:00 (UTC). During the token sale, we have raised more than $500 000 in ETH and private investments.
This means that we have raised enough to continue the business development as a part of our roadmap and plans to release Beta version.

Bounty Program
We will dedicate 2% of the total EDU supply is available for the Bounty Campaign and they are not shares in a company. The stakes for all weeks since Nov 2017 will be updated no later than July 4. Then, you have time till 08.07.2018 to check your stakes.

The token amount corresponding to the earned stakes will be available in a few days. We will keep you updated on our social media.
KYC process is not required for bounty participants.
Telegram Airdrop distribution
A total amount of 500 000 EDU tokens were allocated for the Telegram referral campaign, however the distributed amount will be less, as only valid referrals are counted and we will validate all the participants to prevent distribution to those who have abused the campaign rules. A validation process happens on our side from the information in the database and does not require any action from participants, while the goal is to ensure a fair referral token distribution.
Please note that some of your referred members may have left the group before the end of the token sale, therefore reducing the amount of valid participants. Other violations may also reduce the number of valid referrals.
Telegram Airdrop tokens will be distributed after June 8, once we have complete data about amount of tokens earned by valid participants.
KYC process is not required for telegram referral campaign participants.

Exchange listings
The EDU token will be listed on DDEX exchange during the week 27 of 2018.
We are also excited to announce that we have reached an official agreement to be listed on LAToken exchange and Nebula.Exchange, the exact listing date will be announced in the near future.
Major exchanges are being worked on via our advisory network and will be added as the project develops.
Unsold tokens
Unsold tokens will stay in a hard wallet until all distributions are made to calculate the exact final amount of tokens in circulation. They will be saved for future endeavours. Burning is not excluded, but not officially planned yet.
EDU token lottery
As of yesterday, the EDU token lottery is closed. To check if you are one of the winners, have a look here or here.
Next steps
Currently, our main focus is the OS.University platform development to ensure a smooth pilot project launch.
Our private alpha release is now in the hands of our early adopters and is actively being tested. You can install and run it yourself, access our Github repo here — https://github.com/OpenSourceUniversity/platform The official public announcement of the MVP is to be determined soon — this week we are focusing on discussing the upcoming listings on exchanges, bounty and airdrop distribution and KYC procedure.
