Blocktown: Welcome to the Villa Numina, a place where creatives abide.
Villa Numina
Villa Numina is an ancient retreat where Blocktown creatives can abide, relax, create, and/or meet over a meal (or a pint of what-have-you). Located on the outskirts of Blocktown, the villa keep its rustic appeal while remaining close enough to the town center that visitors have no problem reaching modern amenities.
At the Villa Numina, one can meander among the grounds or find a perfect place to sit and people watch. Most of the Villa Numina is open to the public year round and without reservations, with the exception of the Via Numina Library (a.k.a. the Via) which is limited to Steemians only. Just ask the Librarian about memberships.
In the spring and summer, the Blocktown Players and Steemian musicians put on free performances in the courtyard (a.k.a. the Quad). The autumn is graced with the Blocktown Farmers Market and Harvest Festivals. And, in the winter, weekly maker markets help pass the time until the biggest party of the year, the Saturnalia which starts on the Solstice and goes for two weeks. And, even though the Villa Numina is not a Bed & Breakfast, there are a few rooms available for Via members on a first-come, first-serve basis. These rooms may also double as courtesy (Sleep-It-Off) rooms provided for inebriated patrons because celebrations need to happen—accidents don't.

The Villa Numina was created by @finleyexp for the Blocktown city building project by @voronoi. And now that it's here, the Villa Numina will be the location for some of my future fiction stories.

This is so badass!! Very excited that you've started Blocktown. I think it'll be a good deal of fun to write stories about the residents. :D
Nice! I feel like this would make a good retreat! Hopefully STEEM rises high enough to make these kinds of places a reality. I would book a stay in this in a heartbeat!
