But how many of you actually think of connecting with your potential customers?
How many times you make them feel wanted?
How many times you make them feel, they can trust you with your knowledge?
How many times they come to your website to seek advice?
How many articles they have bookmarked to read whenever they need motivation or a reminder?
How often they make a point to share your content, or refer to people to check your website because they find it awesome?
At the end of the day, the ability to connect with your readers doesn't go futile, you might have few readers, but if they are your loyal readers, chances are you will still do business, and your business with flow gradually but steadily.
So, writing content isn't just about providing your reader with authentic knowledge, and high quality content with flawless English, but to show you care, show empathy, build trust, and they will stick around.
