Family safety.

We are raised to protect and provide for our family.
It is a daunting task. Lately have the opportunity to buy a home ,but while the price is reasonable, it is almost out of our grasp. Sitting and signing a offer to purchase ,when you know you are committing to have zero free cash at the end of the month for 30 years. This not only gives me pause but a feeling of dread.
Anyway...
Now it is suck it up time, and try go be responsible.
