it's so obvious, you know all the transactions stay visible on the blockchain forever.
What are the rules on steemit?
Do I have right to have kontakt with friends?
Do I have right to vote on friends?

Oh. There's no such thing as a rule against that. You can do whatever you want to here.
And you and "your friends" can decide to do nothing but circlevote your meaningless comments. Technically that's ok.
But that also grants myself and others like me, who feel disgusted by this kind of (ab)use of the reward pool to use our stake against your reward collection.
