There are a lot of other benefits of cinnamon. I usually use this spice every day in my oatmeal with fruits. There are a lot of other different recipes you can find online to eat this spice, or you can enjoy this in coffee or any smoothy you like.
Great article. The cinnamon you’re consuming needs to be ceylon instead of cassia. Ceylon cinnamon is better for you internally and doesn’t have any of the side effects that cassia has. Some of the best ways to get cinnamon in your diet is by adding it to your morning smoothie or a homemade dessert.

Love cinnamon! The story of cinnamon is a fantastic one too! Fun fact, the Dutch uswd to own Manhattan island and the English owned Suriname. The traded these plots of new world real estate and for a long while the Durch thought they got the vetter deal because Suriname produces cinnamon. NYC is now some of the most expensive real estate in the world!
