There was an article i read a while ago that talked about him walking around his vice presidential home in wash D.C naked. He would mostly do this in front of the female security that were stationed there or worked there performing various duties. He would constantly make these women feel uncomfortable and other male soldiers would think of excuses to get these women from there posts and allow them to leave the immediate area where Biden would be roaming around!
