Try to change the World
You'll fail again and again
Best to change yourself
Seek thyself till you're found..
Try to cheat the heart
It'll leave you dead or in pain
It wants what it wants
Best to give it that
Try to cheat the Earth
She'll find a way to settle scores
Wrecking havoc till it's sure
That we've been dealt a lesson
Try to cheat each other
You may get away with a few
But in all our World goes colder
Till it's a gloomy place to live
I'd say it's far too late to win :/ Change yourself is good advice and the only one you can really give or follow, but then what? Changing yourself is difficult and when the others don't want to change....then it's advice that falls on deaf ears, I'm afraid.
