yeah...a few rather minor points.
high tech doesn't decrease employment..that's been disproven repeatedly. More new jobs are created than destroyed.

we are not entering an age of scarcity, rather the opposite. Most people the world over have more than their parents and grand parents did.

Stuff like that...

But you're right that automation/3D printing, and dare I say...cornicopia machines will radically transform the worlds economy.

we are not entering an age of scarcity, rather the opposite.

As resources are funneled to the top, and there is no supply demand economy...what will happen..?

Most people the world over have more than their parents and grand parents did

This jump in tech is unknown territory

high tech doesn't decrease employment..that's been disproven repeatedly. More new jobs are created than destroyed.

high tech historically - was not digital tech, is very different I think (robots etc)

cornicopia machines will radically transform the worlds economy.

that is for sure...

As resources are funneled to the top
isn't happening...

Aluminium for example...it's everywhere , it's everywhere....Aluminium smelters, unlike those for iron and steel, are located where the cost of energy is cheapest.

Aluminium is a widely distributed natural resource...oil is even more so.
(thanks to frakking)

Another example. 3d printing. Some forms of which can use plastic waste for feedstock, from which can be made...almost anything that has been made from plastic...wood....aluminium....etc..

As resources are funneled to the top
isn't happening...

misleading..
it doesn't include all the welfare and benefits that the lower 50% receive that are not counted in their data.

it also doesn't take into account that the top 1% don't just stuff their money into mason jars and bury it in the back yard..theyput it to work making stuff...

...they put it to work making stuff...

for business, yes -And when there isn't any because there is no employment?(customers)
The money (resources)then stays at the top.

Not many people see the rich as getting poorer this last 20 years..
I certainly can't see it from any data I read..

The trend will only change through some big disruptions of the status quo.

it's not a zero sum game.

....unearned income isn't relevant, that just a redistribution of tax.

what does that even mean?
is infrastructure relevant, same thing??

also irrelevant...at some point most people have all the money that they need. Any extra they don't really know what to do with. A few, a very few, know how to put it to work for themselves and make more and more of it (which benifits the entire society)

...only if there is demand and disposable income...

I dunno...if I was on welfare why would I need this 'disposable income' you speak of?
