Yeah I posted about it in another post last week (will link below)... There's a famous Spanish gossip blogger and TV presenter who was always outspoken about how much he hates sports and how he doesn't understand anything about sports.... And they put him in charge of sports in the country.
It's a funny story, but it shows how incompetent people get to positions of power.
That's funny, it is not uncommon for incompetence to be promoted. It would happen all the time when I was a teacher. Someone who sucked at teaching and was unhappy would go back to school to get an advanced degree and then be made the principle, people who are good at teaching and like it don't advance because they like their jobs and are good at it.
