The Only Space You Get

I mean, almost like a love making with God song that he loves us so much. It's such a deep intimacy that that particular song is about. The next one is Don't Let Go, meaning he doesn't let go of us.

You can show them him and fill up their little heads with it, but eventually he'll open their hearts and it'll, you know, drop into their hearts, all that knowledge we fill them up with.

But, but I wanted to say, if I can, I'll drop the playlist of Hope Darce in the play thing, because what I tell my patients to do is I say, get yourself a speaker that's waterproof, put it in your shower and turn it up full blast and sing at the top of your lungs while you are, you know, in the shower, because it echoes really good. And no matter how bad you actually do sound, you won't know it.

And it won't, it will keep you from being a whisper praise singer, because if you do, you know, if you really don't gusto it and get it out of you, I do think you miss something.

And I can say that having spent 20 something years in an acapella church where we only sing acapella, which by the way was absolutely beautiful. And I did enjoy it, but there's something completely independent and private and intimate.

Like you were saying about praise and, and it's so personal and you're so vulnerable in the shower. I mean, you're naked and you are present with God, right? And you're, you're standing before him completely unashamed and singing with all your heart.

And it, and women do tell me that it is, it does contribute to their healing because we know it does, that their bodies start to heal as they praise.

And I'll just land it there with that, because I appreciate y'all saying that because I use it for meditation. I use it for healing. I use it for recovery, all kinds of things, but thanks.

That is really, really awesome. And I do the exact same thing. And plus when we're busy moms, sometimes the only space you get is in the shower, right? You automatically get that space for a little bit, at least.
