Attitude and Aptitude, factors that make the difference

The way a person acts, reacts, and responds to any situation constitutes his personality, as I mentioned earlier, personality is built on experience, and is based on the level of intelligence that each person has. This is how behavior patterns are formed, and character that changes as age increases. Regardless of the personality that is developed, there are factors related to it that are decisive in the results of the situations that are lived day after day.

As you will have read in the title, the first factor is the attitude, its presentation in different situations can be as varied as the situations themselves. Although the attitude goes in function of our personality, it is an extremely malleable factor, which allows us to face and cope with any situation. One could think of attitude as the immediate result of personality, because it is on the basis of our personal principles that we establish the way we act. Keeping a good attitude is very favourable, this is perceived as a sign of personal security, at the same time it strengthens our self-confidence and predisposes others to trust us, of course it all depends on the context and the situation, but in most cases, a good attitude is the best answer.

On the other hand, aptitude constitutes our abilities and abilities, although it does not have a direct effect on situations as much as the attitude, it is decisive in the final results of different situations, because it is the test, or palpable result of people's abilities. In this sense, fitness tends to be more valuable than attitude, however, it all depends on the situation, or the approach where it is applied. For example, between a marketing agent and an entrepreneur there will be great differences in factors, the former will need an attitude for his work, and the latter will develop his work on the basis of good decisions that give him a developed aptitude.
