Ever since we are born we learn about limits. As babies, there is a specific time we can whine before we are fed, changed, hugged. Growing older, we try to find and surpass the limits of our parents, friends.

As kids, we usually know no limits. We play till we drop, we wish to do only things we enjoy, we do not want to push ourselves .. But, it is then that we set the first steps toward the path of improvement, of progress, of excellence.

We usually enjoy resting, we enjoy doing things we already are familiar with. It is not easy to get out of our comfort zone.

We have a routine that we usually do on a daily basis, and this makes us feel safe. This makes us feel pleasant. This does not put us at any risk. We know what time we will get up, what we will wear, that we will go to our usual work, etc etc etc

However there are times, that we need to make a decision about something. Sometimes, we need to make a different decision over the same thing.

And that one time, we decide to take a chance
And at that time, we decide to get out of our comfort zone
And then, an explosion in our mind, breaks all barriers, and we start over.
