Why you should continue to blog, even though it feels like nobody reads your blog

in #blog6 years ago

It seems that every half second somewhere in the world a blog is set up. So before you reach the end of this sentence, there are already about six new blogs.

The competition is therefore great.

Sometimes it feels like you can not compete with the big and popular blogs and you feel that nobody is reading from you.
However, this should not be a reason to stop it.

Do not look at the number of readers and registrations of your blog with a 'glass half empty' perspective.
Be glad that they have found you despite the great competition. Maybe the numbers are disappointing, but if you continue to go well, you will be rewarded for it.

Practice makes perfect!

Whether you are learning for the first time or learning how to bake a cake, you will always encounter obstacles when you start something new. The same applies to blogging.

Many people think they can do it for a while. They can write fine and have finally written hundreds of emails, papers and letters in their lives.

There is, however, something more involved, in order to be able to write for your target group in a strategic way.

Identifying your target group, determining your tone and finding your 'groove' takes time. In order to continuously improve yourself, you have to continue.

So have fun and write down your stories.

Someone is reading you, come on, and you have loads of followers!

Wish that they really read me ;-)
