what makes you think it would be legitimate to reply to your own post with an alt account, then answer to that reply... just to upvote all those comments with several of your alts?!?
Nope. That's all individual users from the @steemflagrewards group. The group gets notified about these comments and they can chose to follow up. Some of those do happen automatically through a "flag-trail" when the group has consensus and initiates the trail to remove the rewards from the flagged content.
Nobody gets to decide anything. But we can agree in the desire to remove rewards from your farming operation and as such we bring a valuable contribution to the chain.
