D-DAY +85...Bond, Mamms , @whatsup, arrive in Normandy..Chapter 3 (chapter 85, depending on how you look at things ).

The observant reader may have already noticed that agent Mamm's and Bond had only embarked from new York on the 11th March, yesterday, but has already arrived in Normandy on the 12 of march.
Today.
It must be remembered that not only is this a 1944 parody, but it's also on the blockchain.
They left on a Steemer (ha!) on the 11th March, meaning that - at 1 blocks per 3 seconds would arrive in Normandy the day after. (with high winds and flatulence).

3600 miles at 1 block every 3 seconds means that the math works out - exactly...
Honest.
It does.
....I've worked it out an' everything!!

Enough math......
....They'd disembarked in the port of Brest in Normandy, France - and right into the heart of fortress Steem.

Bond was nearly killed within thirty minutes of arriving...

Not murdered by the feared 'Le Whale assassine', of the dreaded GR, but just because of an infantile attitude.
(and if you don't know what the GR is, then read the last chapter, ffs!).

No, it was Mamm's herself, who nearly murdered him...

Agent Bonds incessant - and adolescent - and constant - reference, to the name of the town they were in, and then connecting it to every single female who walked by....
Intense boredom always made Mamm's feel like she wanted to burn things.
She hated boredom. Fire wasn't boring.
...as Mamm's doused just over a gallon of gasoline all over him, (whistling very happily while doing so), she then took out her lighter...but then she stopped, and caught herself.
' 300 bad jokes referencing the name of a town did not warrant burning him alive... no,no, not really', She thought, begrudgingly...
....Although if they didn't leave that town soon, she knew that she might very well change her mind..
...And so they departed on the first train out , heading towards the Steemit beaches - which was the area that they were ordered to go to, to reconnoiter - and then to pass on any information that they could find, back to HQ.

On the train to the Steemit beaches.....

"This just isn't how I'd expected it to be, at all " Said Mamm's, the wind blowing through her hair.
She sounded despondent.
"Yeah, Me neither, babes." Bond replied. He was just relieved that the stench of gasoline was finally abating...
"I never realized that French trains were built quite like...like.....like this," Mamm's said, as they crawled along the tracks..

It was much slower than 1 block per 3 seconds.

Meanwhile.... back in the United Kingdom (the old English name - Meritocracy land)...

"We can now carry on discussing Operation Oversteem, gentlemen! The C-in-C shouted, looking up from his screen, "Bond and Mamm's are now in Normandy, I've just received an email from them!"

The generals stood up and gathered around the maps and laptop computer, on the table.

"Where's General Non- Ethical,?", The C-in-C said, noticing his absence. "And Miss Moneypenny, come to think of it.."

" I dunno," Said General Nihilist, "But I bet he'll only be gone for 25 seconds or so.."

"Ok," Said the C-in- C, and continued, " Agent @whatsup , aka 'Honey Ryder', will be making contact with Bond and Mamm's fairly soon, she's just arrived on the Steemit beaches. She swam there. She likes swimming."

"Sir?..... its over 100 miles to the steemit beaches - are you sure she swam?," General Code-is-law said, "I don't think that's possible,"
"Believe me, if @whatsup wanted to swim it, she would.... it sounds just like her kind of stunt, actually," Said the C-in-C.
The Commander passed over his laptop " Here, take a look. She took her 'Go Pro' with her. She takes it everywhere , she's such a drama queen.."
General Nihilist looked over worriedly " She better not be selling any drama over there, we need results!"

" She's a walking drama, General Nihilist," The Commander said, " Check out her Go Pro video - it's already uploaded onto you tube, and has 59,000 views, already!"

The Generals viewed the you tube clip....

After watching @whatsup on the Normandy beach, and 'doing her DRAMA thing', General Sycophant hastily excused himself, muttering something about needing to go to the toilet for five minutes or so.

General Ethical said he would have much preferred it if he'd met her before watching the you tube clip - but he could do nothing about that now.
General Nihilist seemed despondent about the whole thing.

Just then General Non-Ethical returned with Miss Moneypenny, having missed the video entirely.
The C-in-C replayed it for them, explaining the situation with @whatsup.
General Non-Ethical was silent, and was having trouble with salivating.

Miss Moneypenny shouted excitedly, clapping her hands...

"Oh Wow!!!, How cool is that ? It's my sister! She's on you tube again!"

All the Generals - except Nihilist - rushed headlong towards the restroom's, as one...

" Are we ever gonna get this Operation Oversteem discussed?" Shouted General Nihilist, in the direction of at the rapidly departing officers..
"Give me 10 minutes, my boy, 10 minutes," The C-in- shouted back, looking over his shoulder.
He was breathing very heavily and clutching his laptop for all it was worth...

(And the video clip? - I'll post it separately in a few minutes - once dtube decides to go faster than a particularity lethargic sloth, on a 'go slow..'
