Project: Winter Remodel
Why wait for Spring Cleaning when you can jump on the "Winter Remodel?!"
I was totally not prepared to be on camera today, but the spontaneity is part of the creativity with M.E. We have been very busy recently remodeling a new place, so I haven't had much time to hang with y'all. I figured it was time to include you!
This place was essentially abandoned about four and a half years ago, like zombie apocalypse style. Looked like someone was just there, and then gone...
So, we have been triaging the damage and made a list of everything we needed to do. Roof, floors, walls, garden, cabinets, plumbing, and a refrigerator! Project has been moving right along, but was slowed up majorly by the recent weather patterns getting in the way of putting the roof on. We finally got a chance to finish it up right as the rain rolled in on us, again! Literally droppin' screws as we started to get soaked. Now things are going to start falling together again, now that we aren't stressed about all the water that was pouring in all the openings.

We sure are! I'll be posting my bathroom remodel soon. It's currently 90% gutted. We love camping too. Although it's become glamping. Everyone uses oriental carpets in their tents, right?
