You get excited. You think you're idea is great, that it's going to be easy, that you've see it done somewhere, and you'll have just to add your spin to it, and it will be all fine.
I mean... fine. Like, "finesse"
Then the 3rd day is here. You're don't remember what was the original idea, and now you feel you've been there before.

It doesn't have to be good, it just have to exist.
Just shit it out. Do whatever to just close the loop.
We're all the best critics. We're perfect at sniffing where something is wrong, and where the tweaks should happen.
But when it comes to doing it, we're all the worst.
So just shit it out. Look at it. And then crticise it. Then do it again.
