Yesterday i posted something about how to save a life, it was a training presented to me and some of my colleagues from the Red cross in Lebanon.

After talking about the basics how to practice the first aid when needed (can be shown in the last post i made) today we have simulation to test what we learned and depending on the results they will give us certificates shows that we had first aid courses with the red cross and we can help whenever we are needed.

In todays session and before the simulation we learned about how to use the AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in addition to different ways how to deal with some injuries like burnings, bone fracture, animal bites and stings.

After all that we made some practical tests to confirm all what we learned in order to have our official certificates and everything went well, now i am just waiting my certificate (but for sure with or without it i am now obliged to give help to anyone in need) i can offer help in the limit of my knowledge in the first aid.

Once again i want to remind myself and all of you that doing such training is really essential and it can raise the opportunity to survive for yourself and others.
