Facebook has been loosing billions in stock lately, and it is a dying platform, since it is deteriorating into a surveillance system and censorship system.

Steemit is one possible solution, your content can not be deleted, it is stored decentralized, and you can earn money on all the content that you post through cryptocurrencies. Not only do you earn money, but also those users that like and comment on posts earn on the posts they engage with.

steemit.com/@ravenking13 is my own personal blog, only started it a few days ago, but already earning some spare change on my posts :)

Account creation is free if you are patient to wait in the queue 1-2weeks, or you can start an account immediately for around 6 dollars, which are not lost but are transformed into crypto and added to your account.

PS. One interesting Coincidence between DARPA and Facebook, you might not have known about.

Ever hear about "Lifelog?" You know, the DARPA project to create an automatically updated, itemized, organized, electronic list of every interaction you have, every event you attend, every place you go and everything you do? The project that was announced as canceled the very same day Facebook launched? Well, neither had I? In today's Thought for the Day we explore the Lifelog/Facebook "coincidence" and what it tells us about our wired world.
