Esta fruta es estupenda por sus propiedades.
Con su consumo podemos prevenir el cáncer de colon, próstata y el Alzheimer (En mi país le llamamos el Alemán).
Sus beneficios se deben básicamente al contenido de resveratrol y las catequinas, potentes antioxidantes para nuestro organismo.
Ahhhhhh y de ellas obtenemos el VINO divino que Jesucristo compartió en su última cena.
