- hitbtc wallet is locked

Was the hitbtc wallet locked before or after the fluctuation though?
I wonder if there was some sort of hack and it only affected some of the smaller market-cap coins? Or if someone really had a hankering for some Steem Dollars..
It was locked before for some time.
