The roof wasn't done right
The roof issues
We have had multiple companies come out to look at out roof every single company has said the roof is not right. The last company took my phone up there and took photos. Seriously they used indoor silicone on the roof. We paid extra for Ice Dam protection we don't have it. And the company has been avoiding me till I messaged them on Facebook. I have mold in one of my closets because my roof is leaking. Sadly I didn't realize it till the spot showed up over the bed. But it has been leaking for a while in the closet area as there is some mold growing. I am so angry that they did such crappy work.
Two rows of felt paper is not ice dam protection
The lady tried arguing with me that it is on there. I like I know the invoice says it is there but it is not and I have photos to prove it. Seriously regretting using this builder or should I more correctly say sales center. Cause they lied, deceived and continuously ignore my calls but answer if I call from an unknown number. I am so over it. They are either gonna pay the company of our choice to fix it or our insurance will then we will sue them.

Immediately, notify them that you’re contacting the better business bureau and your state consumer protection agency (if you haven’t done so already). Then do it. Depending on your state the CPA will kick ass and take names and I’m sure this company already has a record. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue but sadly it would probably take a lawyer to fix your roof. At least it will be of record and maybe prevent them further business and cause scrutiny from the state. I have done a few roofs in my life, step dad was a roofer this is definitely some shit work. Sorry to hear that. Hopefully they make it right.

Yeah I have done roofing too I hadn't been on there to inspect it, I stopped climbing roofs when my back issues started. But yeah that isn't done right, and yes I have contact different agencies already. The bank who gave us the loan have blackballed the builder too.

You never provided me with an address @apple96 and I asked you to provide me with a smoke screen name if you wanted smoke but you never provided me with either I have the messages so don't act like I never tried to get you your prize as I told you then I didn't have any liquid Steem but had plenty of smoke because you said you didn't have an address and I extended it a month for you to give me an address or a smoke screen name to send you smoke.
And the last message you sent suggested you would have to pay for the prize when I pay 100% for the shipping.
One word: LAWSUIT! Good on you for taking action. I hope you are able to collect for damages.
