I had the same text yesterday. And because I am no customer at the SNS I instantly clicked on the link to see what I was getting....oh no wait I did nothing.
I have had some real messages like this from my bank but that was always without a link just informing about a new card that will come, never with a link in it.
Exactly a bank wouldn't send a link with a message and certainly not to give your personal information.
