"Upwork Bangladesh" is the largest freelancer community in Bangladesh. The purpose of this group is to bring all the freelancers of Bangladesh to the same platform and to build a strong community in the world.
This is just the group of the workforce. There can not be any other link or gig share of market place.

To maintain and clean the group properly, some rules have to be followed. There are separate law related to grouping, posting, sharing, commenting, posting jobs and reporting, which are as follows:

Rule to add to group:

1. Your Valid must have a Facebook profile, so that your own name and all information is accurate. Declining / blocking of fake IDs or fake identi fi cations
2. Your age must be 18+.
3. There will be two questions when joining the group. You have the right answer. Without answering the questions, you can not join the group.

Terms of post / share / comment:

1. Only post / related to help / freelancing help, guide, inspiration and experience. No irrelevant post will be aproposed.
2. The post related to any show-off will not be profusely.
3. Advertisement or spam posting or any irrelevant links can not be shared.

Remarks:

1. If someone posts a help, if you know the answer, they will comment for help. Do not make any irresponsible comments, if you do not want to help, you can go to Ignore.
2. Do not comment so that the poster is humiliated.
3. If someone comments before you for help, whose comments you support, you will not be able to comment the second time, just like that comment.

Job posting rules:

The admin panel must be verified. Many people do not give payment by posting jobs.
What you need to verify:

1. Any admin in the group will have to give your job details
2. Refer the trusted community online person.
3. If you want to contribute, you have to make a payment.

How to post after verifying?

1. Go to Group Options and select Sell Something to post job with budget.
2. Copy and paste directly into job or any other market place job can not be copied. To write itself in Bangla or in English.
3. Job can not be posted from Fake ID. Clean Facebook profile and pictures should have profiles

Complaint rules:

1. What is the reason to complain against the accused, along with his profile links and proofs. Not only can anyone be harassed.

What will be banned for:

1. Spamming an advertisement, pornographic posts, spamming comments.
2. If you make any comments by slaping or cursing someone.
3. If the charges against anyone are proved to be true.

In case of need to modify or enhance the above laws in particular cases, the admin panel has the power to do it through the meeting.
