Needle Disposal Kiosk placed in local park.

A needle exchange kiosk was placed in my towns local park to curb the reckless tossing of the needle on the ground. So far the box has been filled with trash and other items while needles are still being left in the kids play area. We raised funds to buy this box and install it yet you still put our kids at risk. Please use the box so our kids can use the park.
