Lifting High Weight Is Good For Health?

This post for those who have craze of body building. So if you are doing workout And want to know the answer of this question then stay tuned with us.

If you think that lifting overweight is the key of getting good muscles then you are on wrong path. If you want attractive and big muscles then you do not need to taking care of high weight.

Actually muscle building is depended only 30% on workout. another 70% for diet. If you have good diet plan with good 30% workout plan then you get success in the body building.

So do not think that more weight is equal to big muscles. In triceps You must need to use equal weight because stability is most important thing in workout like triceps.

Actually stability is important for every workout but in triceps it is more important. So keep this thing in your mind. So only take weight which you can afford with stability.

So i hope that it is clear now that lifting more weight is the key of muscle gaining. You need to increase weight time to time.. but overweight is harmful.
