Hello guys this post is dedicated to those who are interested in muscle building. Guys without good diet plan you can't gain good muscles.

Here many beginners have a question that whey protein is better or eggs are better? So here we analyze the detailed information about both things.

Whey Protein

  • Whey protein is depended on quality that which brand you use. one more thing is it takes less time to absorb in the body.
  • If you using good brand of whey protein then it cost 1.2 $ to 1.5$ us Dollar per day.
  • Whey protein is most important for those who are vegetarian because They don't want to Eat eggs

  • Eggs

  • There are most of the eggs are same in quality
  • If you eat 7 eggs per day (Equal to one day whey protein) then it's cost 0.071$ US dollar per egg. So that mean it's expense is total 0.497$ us dollar So it is very less than Whey protein
  • This for non-vegetarian people. But eggs are cheapest source to get enough protein for muscle building
