Fluffy strawberry book

My bookbinding goal for 2018 is to make at least 50 books. I've got 3 under my belt... so far so good!

I'm pretty excited about the one I made yesterday:

I found an awesome fluffy rosette fabric remnant at the fabric store, and thought I would experiment with it. I wasn't sure that it would work for bookbinding, because I thought the fluffiness might not glue well or might make the inner cover too bulky. But I tried it, and it worked so well!!!

Kind of looks like a strawberry ice cream cloud sammich...

I tried to make the colors of the pages match the dreaminess of the fabric.

I have lots of scraps leftover from cutting those pages, so I might try to make them into a mini cloud book. ★~(◡﹏◕✿)

Yo just found you through @webgnar and liked your introduction post especially punk post punk and skateboarding. Even though the skateboarding thing had to do with French theories or something. Your version of rumble with webgnar ruled. Anyway have given you a follow and I dont know anything about book binding so sorry to crap in the comments section.
