When fans think of glass jaw on boxers of our time they think of Amir Khan. Amir Khan is sometimes counted out by many fans even against fighters that are not known for punching power. Their evidence is:

Amir Khan was KO'ed by Bredis Presscot in his 19th fight.

Amir Khan was TKO'ed by Danny Garcia.

Amir Khan was KO'ed brutally by Canelo.

Amir khan was dropped by Julio Diaz, Willie Limond and Michael Gomez.

All of this can make a person seem like a glass jaw. However, there is many reasons to why a person can get dropped than just having a glass jaw.

Amir Khan doesn't have a granite chin but but doesn't have a glass one either. Here is why.

Truth be told Bredis Presscot had a 90% KO ratio at that time, Amir Khan was 21 years old up and comer with lots of potential. Neither Keith Thurman, Danny Garcia, Shawn Porter, Errol Spence and many more were fighting any guy with 90% KO ratio big puncher at the age of 21. Errol Spence wasn't fighting anyone at that age as a pro.

How do you know these guys wouldn't get KO'ed if they get hit by a guy with that kind of power in respective to their weight division.

Danny Garcia dropped Eric Morales, something Marcos Maidana couldn't do. He ended up KOing Khan. The next fight Danny Garcia rematched Eric Morales and KO'ed him too. If he ko'ed 2 guys that Maidana couldn't then clearly Garcia is a dangerous puncher. This is what happens when you get caught flush by a good shot by a dangerous puncher.

Which 147 fighter can you think of that wouldn't get destroyed by Canelo at 155??? Especially a 147 fighter that started his career at 135.

Bad defence along with bad balance can make a person get dropped. Along with that, not tucking your chin down can worsen the impact. Often Khan doesn't see the shot coming due to lack of focus.

Manny Pacquiao has been KO'ed 3 times with 1 shot in his career. He has been dropped several times and a few times by a jab. One of the times he got dropped by a jab and was severely hurt, took as long as he could to get back to his unsteady legs. DOES MANNY PACQUIAO HAVE A GLASS CHIN?

Ricky Hatton got hurt badly by Luis Collazo, got stopped by Floyd Mayweather (who isn't known to be a big puncher) and got brutally KO'ed by Manny Pacquiao. HOW COME NO ONE QUESTIONS HIS CHIN?

These are only some of the names of fighters that I bought up that get hurt and dropped constantly but do not have a question thrown at their chin. The hypocrisy is insane.
